All Kaisers instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Any instrument which proves to be faulty will either be repaired or replaced free of charge, providing it was used for its intended purpose. Normal wear and tear or defects arising from neglect, misuse or accident are not covered.
